The Texas Haynet Livestock Net is the perfect addition to your waste management program. Designed with cattle in mind, this hay net minimizes waste without slowing down intake. Bigger holes allow for easy access to forage while preventing livestock from squandering valuable hay.
The net is lightweight and easy to install - no heavy equipment required.
*Use caution with horned animals and animals with ear tags. Use caution with shod animals. We recommend using a round bale feeder with a solid barrier between the shoe and the net (pictured and sold separately). Use caution with small hooves when using nets with holes larger than 1.75".

United StatesThe net is worth its weight in gold. I am getting 3 to 4 more days out of a bale. Don’t know what kind of buckle you call it, but a buckle on the rope when the loop is would be nice. I have a net from another company for my horses with this buckle. Both ends of the buckle are curled up with a center spike.

United StatesI purchased the livestock net with larger holes to accommodate my elderly Thoroughbred as well as the 4 younger horses. So far, they love it and the hay savings has be awesome!
United StatesI was skeptical about this item, but the reviews seemed pretty honest. Ever since the first time I used it, it has actually worked pretty well. I got it because of a high amount of lost hay with our cattle. While it does not totally solve the problem, it has greatly reduced the amount of waste. One other great effect of the net is that the waste is no longer scattered all over the place, but is concentrated at the base of the hay cradle. The only improvement I could suggest is an easier way to secure the opening.
