Sometimes things just don't work out. No worries. We have a 30-day exchange/return window.

If you would like to return or exchange a hay net, please complete the form below. A customer service rep will get back to you within 2 business days.

• Returns/exchanges are processed and refunded within 5 business days of us receiving the product that is being returned/exchanged.
• You will receive a refund confirmation email the day the refund is processed.
• Please allow 7 business days from the date of refund for the money to show up in your bank or on your credit card.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
