We obviously love them more than our goats!
Easy to order, came promptly, easy to install, and keeps the hay contained, slows down consumption just like advertised! You get what you see!
Works for Goats
Saves hay and goats are ok with it.
Works great!
Great customer service and great 30 day 'try it' period. I have a Tarter feeder like this for 3 roping steers. Yes I'm a cow mogul. I was tired of my steers wasting 20-30% of the hay I fed falling on the ground and them stomping on it. Hay waste went down to approximately 10% after I installed the day net. I'm guessing it'll do down even more when I get rid of this **** hay that falls apart when I put it in my feeder. Next stack is quality stuff and will hold together better, eliminating even more waste. But I digress. More importantly it takes them longer to eat which I thought was important for a grazing animal.
Goat feeder net kit
Been using for a couple months with goats and sheep. The net is holding up so far. The animals dont seem to mind it and there is a lot less waste. I dont like the way the net attaches to the feeder. It wants to fall off the corners. Needs more c-clamps or a better method of attachment. Otherwise I am very satisfied with its performance.
Texas Haynet
Hi Gloria. Thank you for your feedback and the 5 stars. We sent you several more c-clamps to see if that would fix the corner slipping issue. Please let us know how they worked.
